I just wanted to post this article because I am very glad I did.
My mother and I recently had a conversation about what to paint our basement flooring to make it low-lying.
I was in a panic and had no idea what to do.
So I asked my mother if she could give me some suggestions.
Her suggestion was to paint the ceiling with epoxy.
“You don’t want to paint this all over with paint,” she said.
She also suggested that we use a piece of plywood to make the flooring lower than the plywood.
It’s the best solution to keep the floor low.
I did this, and my mother is very pleased with the result.
Here are a few photos of the paint job, which is done using a piece with a small diameter to fit under the ply.
The ceiling was painted using the ply, then the epoxy was added.
It was a beautiful and low-maintenance project!
I love how simple it was.
Now that we have a nice, low-piled roof, we can paint a new one with low-sided beams.
If you have a low roof, you will love this DIY tutorial.
This is the most amazing DIY DIY project I have ever done.
