The top floor of the White House is a perfect example of a bad building, and it’s one of the top reasons we have such a bad economy.
President Donald Trump has ordered a renovation of the old West Wing that will include replacing the entire top floor.
It’s not the only one.
The new renovation is also expected to add an additional five floors, which means the total number of floors is likely to grow to 70, from the current 65.
According to an article from Politico, the new renovation will “include a full-scale renovation of all of the floors of the historic West Wing.”
But instead of using reclaimed concrete, this time around, Trump is using old cement that is toxic.
White House spokesperson Jason Miller told Politico that the building will be inspected before construction starts and will be ready to go before the end of the year.
Trump is also asking for $1.8 billion in state and local funding for the renovation.
So far, the $1 billion has not been allocated, according to Politico.
The president is also proposing a major new federal building renovation project, the Grand Hyatt, which would include an 18-story tower.
That building would be designed by the Chicago-based architect Gensler.
It’s currently being built by a team of architects led by Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.
Jared Kushner is also part of the team behind the Grand Central project, which will be built by the same team that designed the White Tower.
And then there’s the $300 million project to renovate the State Department building, which has been in disrepair for decades.
This isn’t the first time the president has ordered expensive renovations.
He once ordered a $1 million renovation of his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, which included an 8-story hotel that cost $1,879,000.
But the cost of renovating a building is expensive.
If we have to spend $1 trillion to save $3 trillion, then we need to do a better job of saving it, Trump told his supporters during his reelection campaign.
We need to save money.
The first step in doing that is to make sure we don’t build any more bad buildings.
What does this mean for the economy?
If the $3 billion in federal funding is allocated for the $600 million project, it will be used for a new roof and interior renovations that would include replacing tiles with new ones, according the Washington Post.
Additionally, the renovations would cost $30 million per floor.
That’s less than half of the original estimate for the project, according Politico.
In other words, the entire project is expected to cost less than $600,000 per floor, and that would be the largest federal building project ever, according, Politico.
But this isn’t just a construction project.
For years, the president’s office has used the White Houses’ vast collection of government records as a campaign tool, according Bloomberg.
Instead of releasing the documents themselves, the White’s staff has created a spreadsheet with every document and uploaded it to its website.
They’ve also created a special portal that allows visitors to browse through the documents.
This includes all documents related to the building, as well as those related to previous renovations.
Now the Trump White House’s team has a new tool that allows them to keep track of the documents, including how much money was spent on the renovations.
